We'll see if I can keep up a record of things on this... only time will tell. :)
Alex came home early from school today. His allergies are acting up and he had a headache and cough. We picked him up and came home and then had to wake him up from a nap to take Ashley to school.
I've been making homemade bread for the past two weeks and the kids are still transitioning to the taste of it. I decided to make up a batch of honey butter to keep in the fridge to help encourage them to eat my bread. I made it with just honey and the spreadable margarine in the fridge- but I think next time it would be better to make it out of butter or a stick margarine- I would prefer it to be a little more firm.
Well Ashley's home from school and Angela's waking up so I'm off to the after school/ dinner rush. :)
