Hello! just a ramblings post...

Well we are now in the countdown stages to our vacation, and then that goes into our summer. I had thought that we were going to have a calm summer at home... but then I looked at our calender and realized that we have stuff going on almost every week or every other week in the summer... between our family vacation, Rich's buisness trip and a little mini vacation for him and I, all of the kids birthdays, and Ashley's baptism, and family coming into town for that. I haven't even mentioned the cubscout day camp, and swimming lessons I intend for the kids to go to... we should have a full and fun filled summer ahead of us.

The next week and a half though is filled with just getting ready to go on our trip. Summer clothes need to be bought because my kids had the audacity to grow out of their summer clothes from last year... ;). Rich needs to go shopping for some clothes, and I need a few new items of clothing... because that's a new hobby that I'm hoping to get better at... lol! Shopping... seriously I walk into a store and can try on 20 items of clothing and only leave with one item because I can't find things that fit me right, and look nice... so I think I just need to go more often so I get better at learning what will and will not look good on me and fit me... :)

So the evenings need to be planned out for shopping trips... my kids do not do well shopping, so we go one at a time with a parent to shop for one child. It takes a lot longer, but it's much less stressfull for all of us. :)

I've been wanting to get contacts for a while. I'm growing tired of seeing things blurry without glasses around the house, and I constantly get sinus headaches from the pressure of glasses on the bridge of my nose when I wear them for long periods of time- plus I just don't like the feel of glasses on my face... So I'm squeezing that into the schedule next week before our trip.

And we have a ward talent show and I have an activity days to plan and do... and our schedule is filling up for the next couple of weeks...

I have a tendency to stress out about a full schedule, but I'm just typing this out and then I'll get that out of the way and I can focus and get down to buisness just getting things done... :)
