I just finished my workout this morning. My friend that I'm doing the biggest looser with is doing so great, and I'm just doing moderately. I've been doing the bowflex about 3 times a week. And that's about it. I did start last week doing crunches on an exercise ball as well, and I'm really feeling that in my abs. I like the bowflex. I can feel muscles getting stronger and I know it's good for me. I also like the workout on it and I feel better mentally as well as physically after working out on it each day.
I haven't been able to incorportate much cardio into my days yet. I think that's why I'm not really seeing much weight loss at all... a few pounds, but nothing spectacular. I'm hoping I can get myself out and to start taking walks at least and that will help, but I don't know if I will mentally motivate myself to get the girls ready and take walks with them along... :)
I weighed myself this morning and I'm at 171.4, so that's another couple of pounds off from last week.
I just realized that I forgot to eat breakfast, and since I just worked out I'm starving... so I'm off to go and eat something. :)

I have found that just chasing kids around the house is pretty good cardio! :-)

Julie, you are doing great!! Let's lose the weight slow and steady not quick!! We are pretty much losing at the same rate and you get to still eat all the goodies at the parties! I need to try your system!
