I was getting so frustrated that I couldn't get to the Y on a regular basis because of sick kids...
Last week I made it there four times, and this week I've made it there four times and I still have friday left that I can make it there five times this week!!
I'm feeling so much better... it's just night and day to me when I'm in a regular exercise routine and when I'm not... I have more energy- I think more clearly- I'm just much much happier...
It would be good if I could get some weight loss out of this, but right now I'm sitting here eating the leftover candy that I took to the Activity Days activity last night... Once I get into the routine more though, the sweets cravings will diminish... I'll just enjoy the candy for now... lol! :smile:

Way to go!! I made it today too and got a good workout in. What time did you go? I didn't see you! Isn't it soooo hard to get back in the routine?!? I'm starting the step class again on Monday...hopefully I won't kill myself!:)
I've started going EARLY on tuesday and thursday mornings. I wake up at 5:30, toss on my exercise clothes and eat breakfast while I drive down to the Y. I get in an hour workout on cardio, and then head back to the house in time to get everyone ready for school...
I was feeling like I couldn't schedule anything in the mornings, so this "free's" up two mornings a week I can do other things... I think I can handle that early hour two days a week... there's no way I could do it daily though. lol!
Wow, true dedication!! I know what you mean about the morning schedule! I've just decided I'm worth it right now!:) I'm not as disciplined as you to get up so early!! Way to go!!
